Wooohoooo first day of week in Scotland.
It was Ae today complete with midges:( they were awful even with 100% deet expedition strength repellent Ive never known anything like it everytime we stopped they were crawling all over us.
Back to the riding I can tell how better my fittness, technical ability is from last year doing the same trails and not getting too scared!
The last decent at Ae is one of the highlights of Scotland and I knew what was coming this time I really nailed it a bit too much at times there was a drop near that top that I just really launched off very scary but good fun all the same. One down side to the day was that it appeared that my rear shock was losing pressure
